Fincurious is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange

information for its users / recruiter/ employer/members / job Seekers/ visitors who
have a
bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to
genuine
existing Accounts/HR job vacancies.
The use and access to Fincurious database is subject to this policy:
a. The services provided to the user are aimed at providing recruitment solutions
and should
be restricted to contacting suitable candidates for genuine jobs in existence.
b. The User/Recruiter shall give an undertaking to Fincurious that the jobs sought
to be
advertised are in existence, genuine and the user has the authority to advertise the
jobs.
c. Fincurious shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the
user and it
shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate and verify the
information/response received at its own cost.
d. Fincurious offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory
response
or
any response for applications received using this platform.
e. Fincurious reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence,
depiction,
classification of any section of this platform at any time without assigning any
reason and
without giving any notice.
f. Any actions taken by an employer/recruiter on the basis of the background check
report or
otherwise, is the employer's/recruiter's responsibility alone and Fincurious will
not be
liable
in any manner for the consequences of such action taken by the user.
g. The information on Fincurious is for use by its user alone and does not authorize
the
user to
download and use the data for commercial purposes. In case anyone is found to be in
violation of this then Fincurious at its discretion may suspend its service and also
may
take
such action as it may be advised.
In case of any misuse of the services offered, Fincurious reserves its rights to
take any
actions
as it may deem fit, including;
a. Suspending or terminating User/Recruiter access to Fincurious platform, forthwith
and
without
any notice;
b. Removing or disabling any content which is non-compliant with the Terms and
Conditions;
c. Reporting the incident/ misuse to relevant authorities and/or initiating any
legal
proceedings. In case your misuse of this platform results in or is likely to result
in any
loss or depletion of revenue, reputation or customer base, Fincurious additionally
reserves
its
right to seek adequate relief against the said misuse, including relief by way of
damages,
injunction, etc.
